Jason Yang

Music Coordinator

Jason Yang has held a wide variety of roles in the music industry, ranging from professional violinist to film composer, and is excited to join the Supe Troop music supervision team as Music Coordinator! He toured with Madonna as her featured violinist on the MDNA World Tour and performed the tribute to Prince alongside Madonna and Stevie Wonder at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards. He has composed and musically directed for projects with Lincoln, Game of Thrones, and TED and has completed projects ranging from short films to live theater tours and international performances.

Originally from East Brunswick, New Jersey, Jason grew up as a classical musician before moving to Los Angeles to attend the University of Southern California, where he graduated with a degree in International Relations and a minor in Music Industry. Jason is passionate about all things music and media, and, when not working on music, he is most likely on the tennis court, golf course, or heavily immersed in the latest video games.
